With the top of their ticket running a total joke of a campaign, Ohio Democrats again are resorting to reporting absolutely false information to help him out.
First, this from the Ohio Democratic Party’s finance director:
Did you know this week is the 3rd anniversary of @JohnKasich #JobsOhio program. Since it started Ohio's unemployment has actually increased!
— Erik Greathouse (@ErikPolitx) February 17, 2014
And this from the chief of staff of the Ohio Senate Democrats:
3 years since @JohnKasich created #JobsOhio and unemployment has increased?
— Ernie Davis (@thebigernied) February 17, 2014
Unbelievable.
Three years ago, in February 2011, Ohio’s unemployment rate was 8.9%. Today, it is 7.2%.
The total number of unemployed was 517,116 three years ago. Today that number is 415,541.
It doesn’t take a math genius to know that those number indicate lower unemployment. Not higher.
These guys are ridiculous.
