With word yesterday that Ohio Governor Ted Strickland was going to move forward with the latest planning stage for the implementation of the decidedly wasteful 3-C Rail Project, it’s about time Ohioans work to organize and communicate to the Governor what they think of slow-speed choo choos that waste their hard-earned taxpayer dollars.
